Account Executive – Channel Sales

ID Agent is one of the fastest-growing cyber intelligence companies in the region supporting commercial and public sector organizations.  Located in Washington DC, we monitor the Dark Web for stolen data including email addresses and passwords to notify our customers of the potential for a cyber incident.

We are looking for high performing salespeople with 2-5 years of experience selling technology products and/or services over the phone, and via web-based presentations. The ideal candidate has a history of crushing sales quotas, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Master our line of products and the competitive landscape
  • Sell our solutions to current and prospective Channel Partners with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
  • Work with current Partners over time to identify and develop additional upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Consistently kill your sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
  • Build and maintain pipeline to reflect appropriate quota coverage, with detailed notes in SFDC
  • Carry a significant quota; meet or exceed activity goals or revenue targets
  • Forecast accurately and transparently
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
  • Maintain professional and proactive communication with management regarding activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities
  • Bring your creative ideas for sales strategies and added customer value proposition

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of sales experience in a sales role (preferably inside)
  • Strong track record of achievement, preferably selling cyber or related SaaS products
  • Proven closer with experience navigating and selling at high volume
  • Knowledge and experience in Services sales (commercial banks and credit unions)
  • 4 year degree from a great college or university
  • Experience with Salesforce to track deal pipeline and activity
  • Understands and subscribes to a SaaS business model and sales methodology
  • Driven by desire for excellence in your craft and work hard to constantly improve
  • Proactive, self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are socially aware, deeply empathetic and quickly able to establish rapport in a variety of settings
