Job Description ID Agent is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help create awareness and purchase intent for the company’s solutions and attract new customers. This individual will be a key player on the team responsible for implementing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth for all ID Agent’s solutions. What you’ll likely need to succeed
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms like Marketo and Salesforce
  • Understanding of lead qualification and nurture process
  • At least 5 years of post-graduation work experience. B2B technology experience preferred
  • Being detail oriented and extremely organized
  • A fun, creative approach and energetic and “willing to do whatever it takes” attitude
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Assist in content development to target customers throughout the lifecycle, including creation of drip/nurture campaigns
  • Collaborate with other teams, like digital marketing, marketing operations, sales, content and creative, to develop and enhance effective demand generation strategies
  • Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Measure, analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Deliver performance reports to Marketing leadership and other stakeholders
  • Day-to-day campaign management and optimization
  • Ensure quality lead delivery for sales team by verifying and cleaning lead lists
  • Execute, manage, and measure digital marketing programs (including webinars, product demos, thought leadership series, etc.) to drive pipeline and optimize demand funnel velocity
  • Live and virtual event support: manage deliverables, create registration pages, coordinate shipping
  • Assist with website updates and landing page creation
  • Track all marketing deliverables in NewsCred
  • Create purchase requisitions and reconcile expenses for monthly marketing expense report
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations
  • 5+ yrs experience in B2B marketing (Technology or SaaS experience preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task with strong problem solving, project management and decision-making skills
  • Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Zoom
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills

The ID Agent Sales team has a strong track record of internal progression and promotions. Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
  • Close and exceed assigned goals and objectives focusing on our products to Enterprise, Fortune, and Global Businesses
  • Contact prospective customers by using the ID Agent CRM tool to reach marketing generated prospects or prospective customers via business directories and other list sources.
  • Contact new prospects via phone and email to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as lead qualification, selling strategies or marketing information.
  • Gain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in prospective client companies.
  • Maintain account records in ID Agent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Develop a solid understanding of ID Agent products and stay up to the minute on both industry trends and internal product development.
  • Research emerging technologies, trends and competitive information.
  • Ensure qualification targets/ objectives are achieved weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.

Position Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of previous Sales experience, meeting and/or exceeding goals.
  • Must have experience developing and closing Enterprise decision makers
