Located within minutes of Annapolis, Maryland and supporting nearly 1,800 channel partners, ID Agent has emerged as the leader in the dark web intelligence and identity monitoring industry. We are currently seeking an individual ready to lead sales development and inside sales teams within ID Agent as we continue our unprecedented growth.

The Sales Director is responsible for managing Inside Sales Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives within North America.  Core responsibility includes leading, developing, and maintaining a team of sales professionals.  This role requires the Sales Director to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while having strong inter-company relationships and cross-functional success with Pre-Sales Engineering and Channel Management.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must possess a passion around team building, corporate culture, personal accountability and execution in all aspects of the role
  • Create, manage, mentor, and retain a consultative inside and field sales region: in particular, manages employee goal setting, performance assessment, career planning/development, and quotas
  • Achieve Revenue quotas and goals
  • Channel Success is essential – works well with new and established channel partners while maintaining excellent working relationships with Channel Management and Stakeholders at ID Agent.
  • Strong interlock and cross-functional success with departments and groups, including Channel Sales, Marketing, and Channel Marketing
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing the sales team
  • Maintain and improve a successful and positive culture that is evidenced by high employee morale and low turnover
  • Develop and implement Annual Regional Revenue plans
  • Implement, Motivate and Report on metrics to measure performance of inside sales activities

Education and/or Experience:

  • A four (4) year bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited college/institution and 5 years of experience in inside sales with at least 1 year in a management role or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge, abilities and training.

Job Summary  

Our Software Development Engineers take ownership of their code and work closely with others to develop new features as well as efficiently address reported defects in ways that delight our customers. Using an Agile/Scrum methodology, Software Development Engineers discuss requirements, propose solutions, accurately estimate their work, and then collaborate with others through the entire lifecycle.

Role & Responsibility     

Follow the established Agile/Scrum methodology for software design, development, code reviews, and testing; ensuring product quality and reliability

Design, develop and integrate expert solutions that can be shipped on time while complying with standards for usability, security, stability, reliability, and performance

Required Skills

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience architecting and building production PHP applications utilizing MVC frameworks
  • 3-5 years of experience with MySQL, relational database and query design
  • Extensive framework experience with React and Laravel
  • Extensive experience with web-based UI Design/Development, CSS driven layouts, AJAX, and interfacing against REST Services
  • Experience with the design, development and implementation of high throughput and large-scale RESTful web services
  • Experience developing test scripts for unit testing.
  • Knowledge of ALM suites such as JIRA and GitLab
  • Highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Extensive knowledge of working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Desired Skills

  • Experience with containerized environments (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Rich experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and build automation processes (Experience with GitLab CI/CD a plus)
  • Experience increasing the adoption of unit tests and code validation techniques to assure deliverables are of high quality and ready for test

ID Agent is looking for an energetic Superstar to support our Customer Success Managers. This position can be onsite in Bowie, MD or remote. As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be expected to learn about ID Agent and act as a champion for its customer. The Customer Success Associate will work with new customers to onboard and implement, train, and assist with sales/marketing activities, to ensure success with ID Agent platforms. As the liaison for our customers back to the ID Agent team, this individual will communicate frequently asked questions, suggestions for product enhancements, and strategic input on sales enablement materials and activities.

The successful candidate will develop skills to become:

  • The subject matter expert to the Managed IT Services Provider, on ID Agent products and how they can lead to business success;
  • The guru of customer satisfaction, retention, technical support and timely responses to requests while determining corrective action independently;
  • An extension of the MSP’s team, building a relationship, understanding challenges and helping to solve them creatively, recommending additional products and services where needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support new client deployments and onboard customer teams, enabling them to gain immediate and ongoing value from ID Agent products;
  • Responsible for keeping partner data, contracts and metrics updated in ID Agent systems;
  • Work in conjunction with and report to a Customer Success Manager on assigned territory;
  • Collaborate and share customer feedback with internal Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional colleagues to enhance ongoing product development efforts;
  • Work as part of a growing, dynamic team to create a culture that supports strategies for scale and growth;
  • Deliver exceptional client service support. Gain deep understanding of client business strategy; and market trends, and communicate in a responsive and effective manner
  • Manage MSP inquires and access to all ID Agent platforms;
  • Responsible for project management, functionality enhancements and troubleshoot issues;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure platform is current at all times;
  • Present updates to MSPs, their team and internal stakeholders, as needed;
