Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to support our senior leaders in a timely and professional manner. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.

Main responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees, as well as supporting lead qualification for the sales team. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator and is familiar with office management technologies.

Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the calendars of senior managers, plan appointments & make travel arrangements
  • Serve as the point person for office maintenance & supplies, liaise with facility management vendors
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
  • Enter lead data and assist with routing to sales teams
  • Manage the office G&A budget
  • Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot inefficiencies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Solid experience with office management systems, MS Office, databases
  • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud-based systems
  • Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus

Our Sales Representatives will be asked to develop, manage, and close initial business relationships through our marketing programs, inbound leads, and demos held.  The ID Agent Sales team has a strong track record of internal progression and promotions.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Close and exceed assigned goals and objectives focusing on our compliance products to MSP’s and IT Services Providers.

Job Description

The CDM (Channel Development Manager) is a key role, responsible for qualifying and developing net new partners at live events and webinars.  They are also responsible for managing current peer groups and unlocking new industry opportunities with new peer groups, industry leaders and others.

The CDM will serve as an extension of the NCA/AM and Powered Services team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend & Speak at 3-5 live events per month
  • Develop presentations and workshops for events and speaking sessions
  • Plan and deliver NCA webinars with your BU
  • Plan and deliver AM webinars for the various PODs across Kaseya
  • Work with your marketing leader in your BU to plan strategic webinars. (Ex: Another vendor, thought leadership)
  • Peer Group Ownership – Work closely within your assigned MSP Peer Groups to take full advantage of what the community offers and further entrench your business unit within those communities
  • Trainings with Assigned Peer Groups throughout the year
  • Developing relationships and strengthening engagement with individual MSPs within the Assigned Peer Group
  • Uncover and make sure we are taking for advantage of everything a Peer Group offers to its vendor partners
  • Identifying new MSP Peer Groups and Industry Leaders for your BU to partner with to expedite growth
  • Develop Strategic Relationships, introduce new opportunities to VP of Business Development
  • Availability to jump on calls with NCA/AM teams to help them close a deal for you BU
  • Availability to jump on calls with Powered Services – Goal Assist team and in some cases serve in their place
  • Proactively identifying partner accounts at events within the channel base that need Goal Assist
  • Maintaining accurate Account records of opportunities and contacts at events and post event
  • Ability to fill in for another CDM (different BU) if called upon for booth duty at an event. (This would be limited)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Ability to speak in front of live audiences at tradeshows and webinars
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Past experience doing inside/outside sales to the IT Channel a plus
  • A technical background would be preferred
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with our customers
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Represent the company at trade show booths and peer-group meetings in the upmost professional manner
  • Diligent record keeping so the Sales Team and Powered Services has all pertinent information at their fingertips
