Job Description

ID Agent is seeking an entrepreneurial, goal-orientated Inside Sales Representatives for our Annapolis, Maryland sales office.  Our culture fosters hard work, individual accountability, and execution.  We’re looking for motivated self-starters interested in working in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment to help promote and sell our cyber security (Dark Web ID & Security Awareness Training), identity management, compliance, training solutions to Enterprise Accounts.

Our Sales Representatives will be asked to develop, manage, and close initial business relationships through our marketing programs, inbound leads, and demos held.  The ID Agent Sales team has a strong track record of internal progression and promotions.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Close and exceed assigned goals and objectives focusing on our products to Enterprise, Fortune, and Global Businesses
  • Contact prospective customers by using the ID Agent CRM tool to reach marketing generated prospects or prospective customers via business directories and other list sources.
  • Contact new prospects via phone and email to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as lead qualification, selling strategies or marketing information.
  • Gain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in prospective client companies.
  • Maintain account records in ID Agent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Develop a solid understanding of ID Agent products and stay up to the minute on both industry trends and internal product development.
  • Research emerging technologies, trends and competitive information.
  • Ensure qualification targets/ objectives are achieved weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of previous Sales experience, meeting and/or exceeding goals.
  • Must have experience developing and closing Enterprise decision makers
  • Must be energetic, focused, competitive and driven to your personal success.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to gain access to decision makers and end users via phone.
  • Deliver quality client service to customers.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.

Education and/or Experience

  • A four (4) year bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or related field or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge and abilities (preferred- not required).
