ID Agent is looking for an energetic Superstar to support our Partner Success Managers. This position can be onsite in Bowie, MD or remote. As a Partner Success Associate, you’ll be expected to learn about ID Agent and act as a champion for its Partner members. The Partner Success Associate will work with new customers to onboard and implement, train, and assist with sales/marketing activities, to ensure Partner success with ID Agent platforms. As the liaison for our Partners back to the ID Agent team, the PSA will communicate frequently asked questions, suggestions for product enhancements, and strategic input on sales enablement materials and activities.

The PSA will develop skills to become:

  • The subject matter expert to the Managed IT Services Provider, on ID Agent products and how they can lead to business success;
  • The guru of Partner satisfaction, retention, technical support and timely responses to requests while determining corrective action independently;
  • An extension of the Partner’s team, building a relationship, understanding challenges and helping to solve them creatively, recommending additional products and services where needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support new client deployments and onboard customer teams, enabling them to gain immediate and ongoing value from ID Agent products;
  • Responsible for keeping partner data, contracts and metrics updated in ID Agent systems;
  • Work in conjunction with and report to a Partner Success Manager on assigned territory;
  • Collaborate and share customer feedback with internal Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional colleagues to enhance ongoing product development efforts;
  • Work as part of a growing, dynamic team to create a culture that supports strategies for scale and growth;
  • Deliver exceptional client service support. Gain deep understanding of client business strategy; and market trends, and communicate in a responsive and effective manner
  • Manage ID Agent Partner inquires and Partner access to all ID Agent platforms;
  • Responsible for project management, functionality enhancements and troubleshoot issues;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure platform is current at all times;
  • Present updates to Partners, Partner team and Partner Success Manager, as needed;
  • Train Partners and Partner team on Partner Community, as needed;
  • Self-starter, excellent problem solver via collaboration and running sessions to come up with new, innovative ideas;
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills, including presentation creation;

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

ID Agent is looking for a passionate Senior Full-Stack Engineer to champion good design and engineering in building products that our Partners love and empower them to succeed. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be architecting and implementing features in their entirety, making platform-wide updates, and delivering our platform to thousands of daily users enabling our Partners’ success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy new features and platform capabilities, API integrations, and supporting AWS infrastructure.
  • Debug issues within the platform, new and existing API integrations, and AWS infrastructure.
  • Oversee system administration, including deployments and configuration management.
  • Document current and future configuration processes and policies.
  • Monitor and report website performance issues and coordinate with the server team to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Work closely with the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to ensure a visually appealing, functional, and intuitive implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, planning, and implementing changes.
  • Stay up to date with platform technology improvements and security patches and updates.
  • Reliably deliver assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner and take ownership of product delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the following:
    • Enterprise-level development experience with PHP and modern PHP frameworks
    • Working with multiple web stacks (LAMP, Ruby on Rails, Django, MEAN, etc.)
    • Traditional RDBMS databases, such as MySQL/PostgreSQL
    • Data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the following:
    • Developing web solutions in Drupal and PHP implementations
    • Creating custom Drupal modules
    • Building and deploying scalable applications utilizing Amazon Web Services
    • Working with APIs, integrating with external web services (REST, XML, JSON) or third-party tools
  • Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development using automated testing frameworks

Controller

ID Agent is looking for a Controller to work with the CFO and build a world class finance function. This role manages all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, external audit, taxation and the development of internal controls, policies and process. Aligned to our strategies and rapid growth, the Controller will leverage and implement systems and automation to create a financial infrastructure that is flexible scalable.

The ideal candidate will have SaaS experience and ability to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate all accounting activities including Order to Cash accounting operations
  • Supervise high volume PCI compliant billing system and subscriber management
  • Plan, implement and manage the month-end and year-end financial close process
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of GAAP compliant financial statements, revenue recognition, KPI’s and SaaS specific metrics
  • Variance reporting and analysis
  • Compensation related cycles including payroll and sales compensation plans
  • Assist in evaluating, selecting and implementation financial systems to improve automation
  • Develop and implement controls, policies and procedure to maintain an effective control environment
  • Manage annual external audit
  • Assist in preparation of presentations to leadership and investors
  • Manage and coordinate all local, state and federal reporting and tax filings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA Preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience
  • Experience with high growth SaaS, recurring revenue, e-Commerce or technology business with software revenue recognition strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding and application of GAAP required
