Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Event Planner to manage our small and large events. Our events occur all over the world, and the Manager of Event Planning will have the responsibility of managing all these global events from planning, through execution and ROI report-out. This employee’s success is measured on satisfaction levels of internal stakeholders and events onsite staffers, as well as effectiveness of the lead generation activities associated with the event.

A successful candidate will be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics for multiple events simultaneously. Responsibilities for the Manager of Event Planning include meeting with stakeholders to formulate the event strategy, lead generation activities, and overall staffing and booth management. The Manager of Event Planning also coordinates deliverables to all events including promotional items like logo, company description, and relevant advertisement; presentation deliverables such as speaker bios, photos, and presentations, ordering and shipping booth properties and giveaways; and coordinating travel details for booth staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a relationship with vendors and venues.
  • Understanding the complex needs of different events, audiences and locales.
  • Ability to delegate event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary.
  • Managing against a budget while planning event specifications.
  • Providing detailed readouts and reports to internal stakeholders when needed.
  • Providing remote support to onsite events team: hotel, booth build, teardown, etc.
  • Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements and promo emails for each event.
  • Anticipating and planning for possible different scenarios.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to present event ideas and plans to internal stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional marketing team.
  • 6 years+ event planning required.

You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.

Main responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees, as well as supporting lead qualification for the sales team. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator and is familiar with office management technologies.

Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the calendars of senior managers, plan appointments & make travel arrangements
  • Serve as the point person for office maintenance & supplies, liaise with facility management vendors
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
  • Enter lead data and assist with routing to sales teams
  • Manage the office G&A budget
  • Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot inefficiencies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Solid experience with office management systems, MS Office, databases
  • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud-based systems
  • Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus

ID Agent has emerged as the leader in the dark web intelligence and identity monitoring industry. We are currently seeking an individual ready to lead sales development and inside sales teams within ID Agent as we continue our unprecedented growth.

The Sales Director is responsible for managing Inside Sales Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives within North America.  Core responsibility includes leading, developing, and maintaining a team of sales professionals.  This role requires the Sales Director to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while having strong inter-company relationships and cross-functional success with Pre-Sales Engineering and Channel Management.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must possess a passion around team building, corporate culture, personal accountability and execution in all aspects of the role
  • Create, manage, mentor, and retain a consultative inside and field sales region: in particular, manages employee goal setting, performance assessment, career planning/development, and quotas
  • Achieve Revenue quotas and goals
  • Channel Success is essential – works well with new and established channel partners while maintaining excellent working relationships with Channel Management and Stakeholders at ID Agent.
  • Strong interlock and cross-functional success with departments and groups, including Channel Sales, Marketing, and Channel Marketing
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing the sales team
  • Maintain and improve a successful and positive culture that is evidenced by high employee morale and low turnover
  • Develop and implement Annual Regional Revenue plans
  • Implement, Motivate and Report on metrics to measure performance of inside sales activities

ID Agent is seeking an entrepreneurial, goal-orientated Inside Sales Representatives for our Annapolis, Maryland sales office.  Our culture fosters hard work, individual accountability, and execution.  We’re looking for motivated self-starters interested in working in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment to help promote and sell our cyber security, identity management and training solutions.

Our Sales Development Representatives will be asked to generate, develop and manage initial business relationships through our marketing programs, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting calls.  The ID Agent Sales team has a strong track record of internal progression and promotions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers by using the ID Agent CRM tool to reach marketing generated prospects or prospective customers via business directories and other list sources.
  • Contact new prospects via phone and email to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as lead qualification, selling strategies or marketing information.
  • Gain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in prospective client companies.
  • Maintain account records in ID Agent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Develop a solid understanding of ID Agent products and stay up to the minute on both industry trends and internal product development.
  • Research emerging technologies, trends and competitive information.
  • Ensure qualification targets/ objectives are achieved monthly, quarterly and annually.
