ID Agent is looking for an energetic customer service Superstar with Channel experience! The Partner Success Manager will be the champion for ID Agent Partners, working to onboard and implement, train, and assist Partners with sales and marketing activities, to ensure ongoing success with ID Agent platforms. As the liaison for our Partners back to the ID Agent team, the PSM will communicate frequently asked questions, suggestions for product enhancements, and strategic input on sales enablement materials and activities.

The PSM will develop skills to become:

  • The sales and marketing guru and subject matter expert to the Managed IT Services Provider, on ID Agent products and how they can lead to business success;
  • The expert of Partner satisfaction, retention, technical support and timely responses to requests while determining corrective action independently;
  • An extension of the Partner’s team, building a relationship, understanding challenges and helping to solve them creatively, recommending additional products and services where needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Single point-of-contact for service activities, ensures consistent communication
  • Develop and execute strategy for contract renewals and retention
  • Ensure client satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Coordinate activities of appropriate personnel to resolve issues
  • Call and email clients on a regular basis to maintain a strong, working relationship with client’s operational and senior management personnel
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of the entire suite of products and pricing and educate clients on the product advantages
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement in determining solutions to relationship issues with client
  • Manage client escalations and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely resolution.

ID Agent is looking for an energetic Superstar to support our Partner Success Managers. This position can be onsite in Bowie, MD or remote. As a Partner Success Associate, you’ll be expected to learn about ID Agent and act as a champion for its Partner members. The Partner Success Associate will work with new customers to onboard and implement, train, and assist with sales/marketing activities, to ensure Partner success with ID Agent platforms.   • The subject matter expert to the Managed IT Services Provider, on ID Agent products and how they can lead to business success;
  • The guru of Partner satisfaction, retention, technical support and timely responses to requests while determining corrective action independently;
  • An extension of the Partner’s team, building a relationship, understanding challenges and helping to solve them creatively, recommending additional products and services where needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support new client deployments and onboard customer teams, enabling them to gain immediate and ongoing value from ID Agent products;
  • Responsible for keeping partner data, contracts and metrics updated in ID Agent systems;
  • Work in conjunction with and report to a Partner Success Manager on assigned territory;
  • Collaborate and share customer feedback with internal Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional colleagues to enhance ongoing product development efforts;
  • Work as part of a growing, dynamic team to create a culture that supports strategies for scale and growth;
  • Deliver exceptional client service support. Gain deep understanding of client business strategy; and market trends, and communicate in a responsive and effective manner
  • Manage ID Agent Partner inquires and Partner access to all ID Agent platforms;
  • Responsible for project management, functionality enhancements and troubleshoot issues;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure platform is current at all times;
  • Present updates to Partners, Partner team and Partner Success Manager, as needed;
  • Train Partners and Partner team on Partner Community, as needed;
  • Self-starter, excellent problem solver via collaboration and running sessions to come up with new, innovative ideas;
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills, including presentation creation;
  • Highly organized, detail and task oriented;
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up;
  • A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment;
  • Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate others’ ideas into all aspects of job;
  • Thrive in high growth environments.
