Winner Announced in Dark Web ID Contest!

We are excited to announce the winner of our “Tell Us Your Story” contest! Jeff Reiter of RWK IT Services in Frankfort, IL submitted our winning testimonial, as voted on by a committee of 10!

We took all the resources from the marketing kit, shaped messaging to suit our needs and created a campaign. We worked multiple golf events and provide (then and now) a physical small booklet that prospects can touch and feel which gives them information on the Dark Web, as well as a spot on the back for the # of threats their organization has and a space for “ACTION”. We also promoted you through our HTG (group 10) peer group whereby you have most of our group as clients. We are doing a cybersecurity seminar for focused groups and one of 10 give-backs is to discuss the importance, and benefits, of Dark Web monitoring (Dark Web and Spotlight both are provided to participants).

How did you leverage the ID Agent Partner Resources?

We reviewed each and every document. We customized and leverage the content, and we use a customized version of your Dark Web Monitor AGREEMENT and will be porting it to Quotewerks.

As a sales director for an MSP who is looking to become more of an MSSP, your service has been a dream for my hunter/prospector. While other solutions we provide are more technical, your service demands immediate attention and from the perspective of a new client is also very personal. It has been an amazing tool to then sell our entire stack of security solutions. The dark web monitoring is also a service that is new to our geography which is giving us an immediate advantage against other providers.
